Check Mailbox Remaining Storage

The mailboxes we host have a limited amount of storage from 100MB to 100GB depending on what size you are paying for.

If you are only viewing your emails from 3rd party software like Outlook, you may not know how much storage you have remaining in your mailbox.  If you fill your mailbox up, you will no longer be able to receive and sometime send emails.

The way to check is to login to your Mailbox Control Panel.  (https://mcp.prositehosting.co.uk/)

This login requires your email address and your mailbox password, the same password that you use for webmail and for Outlook when you set your mailbox up.

Once logged in you should see the amount of mailbox size calculating on the dashboard screen.  This can take a minute or two.  Sometimes it doesn't display the size at all until it's finished calculating, in this case you will need to wait a minute or two and refresh the page. 

If after a few refresh attempts in which it's still not showing, please contact support.
