Set up Email on your computer, phone or tablet

This article will help you to identify which setup guide you will need for your specific device and mailbox combination.

Please follow the three steps below.

This article is in it's infancy, we will be writing more over time.

First, you need to know what type of mailbox you have.  (You can either find this on your invoice, by logging into your mailbox control panel or asking us on support@muven.co.uk quoting us your email address)

Second, you need to know the name and version of the mail client you are using.

For Apple Mail - Mac mail hasn't substantially changed the way you add mailboxes so the version is not important.

For any other mail client - We don't have specific guides for your mailbox, but if you follow the "Settings Only" guide you should be able to set your mailbox up.

Third, If you know how to set up mailboxes please feel free to use the 'Settings Only' section below, otherwise scroll down to the IMAP / POP Guides for Mail Lite, Mail Extra and 5GB mailboxes and for 50GB and 100GB we recommend to use the Exchanged Guides.
